I'm looking to you to sponsor a mile of this 112 mile journey for $100.00. The minimum donation amount is $10.00 for your own little 1/10th stretch of Antarctic mile. However, if you can afford more, I'd appreciate it and I know that you'll appreciate that it goes to a worthy cause.
For every full mile bought by one person/company, I'll set up a hyperlink to your blog or website...or charity of your choice if you like.
During this expedition, we have about 3-4 weeks worth of stops, one for each day to camp/rest/brave the weather on our backs rather than on our feet. Miles will be logged and for each stop. Then we'll round off to the nearest 10th of that mile and send a postcard from the South Pole to the person who owns it.
Please select your 1/10th mile via the link below and—presuming nobody else has claimed it—your name will be on this page and set up to be printed on a banner/flag I'll be planting at the South Pole for Amnesty International and Shackleton. Additionally, we'll be updating unfinishedjourney.com daily from Antarctica.

I don't have a Paypal account, can I use my credit card?
Paypal accepts Visa and Mastercard as well as Discover as alternative forms of payment if you don't have a Paypal account. In any case if you have questions, simply get in touch with me.
What if I want to have a link to my blog or my company's website? I'm reserving hyperlinking for people or parties buying whole miles or more. If you're interested in a full mile, click on the $100.00 button above.
What happens if you don't raise enough money for the expedition to go ahead?
The monies are raised to be used for the expedition. If the expedition doesn't happen in our expected/announced timeframe, I will apply it towards the expedition that does happen—and it will happen.
